All around fantastic company and service. Emma on the phone was pleasant and informative throughout. David and Brian were my inspectors. Very trustworthy and focused, even in rougher environment. Report was available within minutes of the completion of the work at the property. Thank you!

A+ service! The guys went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Every nook and cranny was inspected and it gave me confidence that I was purchasing a good place! 10/10 will use again and recommend anyone to use them if you plan on buying property.

Very responsive when scheduling and determining an inspection plan with my very unique housing situation. David was incredibly knowledgeable every step of the process. Detail-oriented is an understatement. I went into my very first home inspection ever, nervous and unsure of how the process went, and David not only made it a breeze, but quelled my anxiety and had an answer for every single one of the many, many questions I asked. He guided me to the right resources to fix any problems found within the residences (have you seen their website?!) Not only did he give me a total sense of security with what I was getting myself into, but we also had fun doing it. He made the bad news somehow feel not-so-bad with humor and gentle touch he has for “breaking the bad news.” He was recommended to me by my very well-researched brother, whom he also completed an inspection for, and he did not disappoint! I really could keep going…Just know you are in great hands with this company—from responsiveness to knowledge to completion of the service. I will recommend them until I’m blue in the face. David was absolutely amazing during our house inspection! Even though it has been insanely hot out, he and his buddy took their time being thorough and explained each observation clearly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!!

Erick at Buyer's Inspection Service was incredibly thorough despite the short time-window we had given him. Although the inspected house wasn't large, he was able to do his whole inspection and deliver a very detailed online writeup all within 12 hours, which was incredibly important for our short inspection window. The report had items listed from minor, moderate, to major concerns. Luckily the few major concerns on this house were not dealbreakers for us, but with them detailed at length, we were able to negotiate down the purchase price. The minor and moderate concerns have given us a great list of tasks to accomplish since buying the home. Dealing with Buyer's Inspection Service was great from start to finish, and I would recommend them for any home inspection.
